O-Volt promotes the progression and mastery of technical movements for participants of all ages. Small group learning ensures careful monitoring by our qualified coaches. In order to encourage self-improvement, each participant will have their own O-Volt passport allowing them to follow their progress during each class session.

The Pirouettes
Ages 2 to 3 - Motor Development
A special moment between parents and children. Toddlers discover new experiences and stimulate their fine and gross motor skills. Thanks to various sensory objects and adapted material, they explore the world with their different senses.

The Cabrioles
Ages 4 to 5 - Base Trampoline Course
Is your child interested in trying a new sport? This course gives them the opportunity to develop their talents and confidence on the trampolines. By participating in different games, they begin their progression of basic jumps and discover new skills.

The Champions
Ages 6 and up - Beginner Trampoline Course (Level 1)
Through various games and drills, participants reach new heights in the discipline of trampoline. The coaches give several tips and advice on how to learn basic jumps. Learning these jumps helps develop a solid basis for further learning.
Prerequisite : Base Trampoline Course (Cabrioles) or evaluation during one of our "open" days.

The Saltos
Ages 6 and up - Intermediate Trampoline Course (Level 2)
In addition to improving basic jumps, this course targets the teaching of front and back somersaults, including the various progressions. In addition, with the group, the participants will learn together and gain self-confidence. Thanks to the tips of the coaches, they improve their mastery of the trampoline in a safe manner.
Prerequisite : Beginner Trampoline Course (Champions - Level 1) or evaluation on one of our "open" days.

The Baranis
Ages 6 and up - Advanced Trampoline Course (Level 3)
At this stage, participants can set their own goals. With the help of the coaches, they can perform twists, specialized somersaults, and begin transitions between somersaults. With the group, they will be able to perform exhilarating figures and improve their skill level.
Prerequisite : Intermediate Trampoline Course (Saltos Level 2) or evaluation on one of our "open" days.

The FreeStyles
Ages 10 and up - Expert Trampoline Course
Supervised training focused on developing personal goals and sharing knowledge between participants. This course offers the opportunity to perform double twists and double somersaults as well as a series of specialized somersaults while using walls and obstacles.
Prerequisite : Advanced Trampoline Course (Baranis - Level 3) or evaluation on one of our "open" days.

Trampo-Fitness
Ages 16 and up - Cardio Trampoline (All Levels)
The trainer uses the trampoline facilities as well as weight training accessories to improve physical condition. Trampo-Fitness is an intense, simple and efficient workout. The trainers will adapt each session according to the physical condition of each participant.

The Ninjas
De 4 à 13 ans – Cours d’agilité adapté à tous les niveaux
This course allows you to discover a mixture of disciplines with friends in the Ninja Course. Between parkour, gymnastics and martial arts, this discipline is designed with the aim of developing the skills required to overcome obstacles of the “Ninja Warrior” type. Participants will develop their agility, increase their speed and exercise their balance.
